Jared is a Principal in the Structured Solutions Team. He has over a decade of experience in structured related transactions, and has vast knowledge of the respective disciplines needed to implement and maintain structured solutions both locally and abroad.

Jared has experience with regards to South Africans looking to incorporate offshore aspects to their estate planning or corporate structures, and is able to identify and implement bespoke efficiencies within them.
